Makeups are available for most programs when the absence is reported before the class.
Group classes: Unlimited makeups for reported absences. A makeup becomes available the morning after the missed class and can be booked in the app up to 6 days out. Availability is not guaranteed.
Private and semi-private lessons: One group makeup is offered when the absence is reported at least 48 hours in advance.
Dolphin classes and Summer Sessions: Makeups are not included.
