Our Young Adult Swim Program is designed for swimmers ages 12–17 at any experience level, from beginners to those looking to refine their skills.


This program provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where swimmers are grouped by age and ability and progress at a pace that feels comfortable and confidence-building. Instruction focuses on water safety, essential swim skills, and long-term confidence in the water.


Program Levels

  • Level 1: Water Acclimation
    Build comfort in the water and develop foundational safety skills.

  • Level 2: Water Survival
    Learn essential self-rescue techniques and improve independent movement.

  • Level 3: Stroke Development
    Refine stroke technique, endurance, and overall swim competency.


This program helps young adults build confidence, safety awareness, and lifelong swimming skills—no matter where they start.
