British Swim School will automatically debit your card on file on the 26th of each month for the following month's classes. For example, on June 26th we will bill for the entire month of July.


Other payment details:

  • Families will be charged a registration fee upon enrollment. 
    • Registration fee includes a $5 donation to Hope Floats
  • Your account must have an active card on file to process automatic payments. Please inform us of any credit card changes before your billing date. 
  • You will be assessed a $25 handling charge on a declined Automatic Debit transaction. If automatic payments cannot be processed for three consecutive months, a one-month deposit will be required or membership will be dropped.
  • Please note that your card will continue to be debited until we receive your written notice of withdrawal.



How to change billing information in app:

  • Log into the app
  • At the bottom, click on "My Account." 
  • On the top, right click on the 3 bar lines and then select "Billing and Payments." 
  • Click on "Saved Payment Methods." 
  • Add a new payment method by clicking on the green plus button or edit your current payment method by clicking on the blue "Edit" button.
