Q: What if I join a waitlist and then change my mind?
A: Let us know and we will take you off or submit a form here.
Q: What if I’m a new customer? Can I get my deposit back?
A: If you are a new customer, you will be refunded the waitlist fee if you request to be removed from the waitlist before being enrolled in the class.
Q: How many waitlists can my student be on?
A: You can place yourself on as many waitlists as you desire. However, once you are enrolled in a waitlist class, you will be removed from all other waitlists.
Q: What if I have a preferred class time but waitlist for multiple classes?
A: You can email us or chat us and we will notate the account with your preferred waitlist class. Then, if you are enrolled in a class that is not your preferred time, we can keep your desired class on the waitlist.
Q: What if I have two kids on a waitlist and I want them enrolled together?
A: We do automatic enrollments, so one child will be enrolled at a time unless two spots become available at once. If you prefer to get two children in at the same time, we recommend checking in with us via chat, phone, or email to see if there are multiple openings at a class time.
